Certified Tif 419 Bermuda: If you are looking for a hardy grass for a full-sun area, Tif 419 Bermuda is a good choice. It has a medium to dark green, fine-textured leaf. Tif 419 is very heat- and drought-tolerant and holds up under heavy traffic. It is ideal for athletic parks, golf courses, and homes with pets or children. This grass can withstand abuse and recover. However, it is not shade-tolerant. Bermuda does require full sun. The Tif 419 Bermuda you will get from Fulton Grass Co. comes with a sandy loam backing.

Certified Crowne Zoysia: This is an extremely versatile turfgrass. Crowne can be used in full sun or mostly shady areas. It is cold-hardy and drought-tolerant. Crowne Zoysia was developed at Texas A&M in connection with the United States Golf Association. It is ideal for golf course fairways and makes a beautiful lawn. Crowne has good traffic tolerance and low nutritional needs. Fulton Grass Co. believes in this grass so much that we bought the exclusive rights to grow it for the states of Arkansas and Louisiana. This grass will have a sandy loam backing.

Centipede: Centipede can take semi-sun in the morning and then full sun in the afternoon. It has a medium-coarse texture blade and a good, dark green color. Centipede is considered a plush, carpet grass that feels good to walk on barefoot. This is a slower growing grass than the Tif 419 or the Crowne. Centipede does well on the acidic soils of the piney woods in our area. Our Centipede will also have a sandy loam backing.
