Mini rolls: Our mini rolls cover approximately 450 square feet or 50 square yards per pallet. Each mini roll is 24 by 50 inches long. There are approximately 54 pieces per pallet. Our delivery trucks can haul 20 mini roll pallets at once.

Mini rolls are ideal for smaller projects, tight spaces, and quick lawn repairs. They are easier to handle than big rolls while still covering more area than individual pieces. Perfect for homeowners or contractors who want faster installation without needing heavy equipment.
Pallets: Our pallets of slabs cover approximately 450 square feet or 50 square yards per pallet. Each pallet is 16 by 24 inches long. There are approximately 171 pieces per pallet. Our delivery trucks can haul 20 pallets at once.

Individual sod pieces are lightweight and easy to carry, making them ideal for homeowners and smaller crews installing sod by hand. Sod slabs work well around landscaping, flower beds, sidewalks and curved areas where large rolls would be difficult to fit. When installing slabs, you want to stagger the seams like you are laying brick.” Install the rest of your rows in this staggered manner.
Big rolls: Our big rolls cover approximately 270 square feet or 30 square yards per roll. Each big roll is 30 inches wide. Our delivery trucks can haul 33 big rolls at once.

Big rolls are ideal for large projects where speed and efficiency matter. They allow large areas to be covered quickly with fewer seams, creating a smooth and uniform lawn. Big rolls are commonly used for commercial properties, sports fields, and large residential installations where equipment is available to assist with installation. They do require a specialized roll machine for installation.

Return and Refund Policy

Sod is a perishable item. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if you are not satisfied. If you have any questions or concerns about your new sod, please contact us within that 24-hour window. Since we have no control over installation methods, watering, existing soil conditions, insects, weather, or sod left on the pallet past day of delivery, our liability terminates upon the customer’s acceptance of the product.
